How to Complete the Verification of Attendance and Evaluation

This meeting evaluation will be available until midnight on January 3, 2019 at 11:59 PM CST. The meeting evaluation is where you will claim your CME. The American College of Surgeons designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

You MUST complete this Evaluation Form online in order to claim CME credit.

How to Complete the Self Assessments (SA)

This activity has an optional Self-Assessment Component. In order to earn Self-Assessment credit, you must pass the post test with a score of 75% or higher.
 
  • To complete the self assessments, please click here.  The assessments will be available after the meeting track sessions.
  • A passing score of 75% or higher is required to receive self-assessment credit for a portion of the meeting.
  • Upon submitting your answers to each quiz, you will immediately find out your score.
  • You may take an exam an unlimited number of times.
  • Of the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, a maximum of 11 credits meet the requirements for Self-Assessment.
  • The self-assessment quizzes will be available until midnight EST on December 21, 2018 at 11:59 PM CST.

Reporting of CME and Self-Assessment Credits
 
  • If you are a member of the American College of Surgeons, your CME will be reported directly to your MyCME portal at www.facs.org and then sign into your profile. Please remember that it can take up to six weeks for your credits to be posted to you MyCME page.
